Meeting to launch the project at the University of Burgos.

At the beginning of the meeting each partner presents who they are representing, its activity and its links and contribution to the project theme.

The meeting is opened by Raul Rebollo Quercus IDI, who iterates the roles and responsibilities listed in the official report and control mechanism documentation, communication strategies, the official document format to be used, the monitoring of activities and the creation of a steering committee, with its composition and scope defined.

Secondly, Miriam Manrique from the University of Burgos proceeds to read out the consortium agreement. She proposes a re-drafting of said document.

The third presentation is by Carlos Rad, again from Burgos University, including the technical tasks to be developed during the project and explains the role of the prototypes. A draft schedule is proposed
