The food tecnologgy departament services have been demandes by agriculture and mutrition companies of different sectors.

  

Services

 

Development of new products: processed products, convenience food (meat, fish, vegetables), dairy products, products obtained from by-products, functional food and diet food.

 

Processing technology: fourth and fifth range, concentration, baking, aseptic, multiple barriers.

 

Sensory Analysis: discrimination testing and descriptive profile of products. Sensory and affective testing.

 

Other services: service life analysis, ingredients evaluation, improvement of formulae, reconstitution analysis, product sample process to be tested on markets.
